Being a successful motion designer much like motion graphics is all about the detail. Especially when you start working to the level of Markus Magnusson who constantly nails elements like a walk cycle in his animations.

Swedish based Markus is an Animator but we see him really being a boss at a few things. Character design, illustration and motion design to name a few.
